PRICES AND TAXES
The prices of the products offered in our website are indicated in euros (€).
In the Canary Islands, local taxes are included. In all other destinations, the buyer will be responsible for possible local taxes and customs duties. If the client would refuse to pay them and the shipment would be withheld at customs, the client will be responsible for its return cost to our warehouse. We ship almost all over the world. In case you don’t find your country in our shipping table, please send us an email to email@example.com. The shipping address may be different to the one of the person who paid. We do not ship to P.O. Box.
International shipments may be subject to custom import duties when the shipment arrives to its destination. Any additional cost must be paid by the customer.
Both for national and international shipments, delivery fees will be calculated after you have added the selected products to your shopping bag.
Orders within Spain will be shipped with Envialia, and will take 3-4 working days, after our shipment confirmation. The shipping company will contact you for the order delivery, therefore it's important you provide us with your contact telephone number, apart from your address.
Shipping cost: Spain (including Canary Island and Balearic Islands): FREE SHIPPING for orders over 65 €. For orders below 65 €, the shipping cost will be 10€.
Los envíos internacionales se harán con Servicio Postal Express de Correos, con un coste de 15 €. Los tiempos de entrega varían según la zona, pero normalmente para Europa será de 1 semana y para el resto del mundo, 2 semanas.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send it back for its return, change or refund. In this case, you have 7 days after the reception of the purchase, including the delivery day, for the return of the product and its refund, without any penalty, apart from the shipping costs.
The buyer must inform us about their desire to return the product before the end of the mentioned deadline to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hissia will only accept the return, change or refund of our jewels if the following conditions are fulfilled:
The buyer must inform us about his/her intention to return the products within the deadline indicated in the first paragraph.
The jewels must be unworn, clean and perfectly preserved, without having been changed, cleaned or damaged.
The jewels must be in their original packaging.
The returned products must be sent within the 7 days following their receipt. The goods should be returned by certified post and the customer must notify us the package code. The shipment costs and customs duties (if applied) must be paid by the client.
The buyer who fulfills the indicated conditions will be refunded after our receipt of the returned goods.
