GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Hissia, registered company, presents the following commercial offer of the products included in the website hissia.com (from now on the web) for good and valuable consideration. The buying and selling of these products will be governed by the following general conditions of sales, which the buyer accepts when purchasing any product of the web, following its buying procedure. These general conditions of sale apply to all the products offered on the web, and can be modified without previous notice, not affecting the changes to the already processed purchases. The contract conditions and the purchase procedure are written in Spanish and English.
BUYING AND SELLING TERMS
The purchase of the offered products in the web is done through the selection of the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping bag. Once the selection has concluded, the purchase will continue by completing the personal information needed to issue the invoice, the method of payment and the shipping information. The purchase document will be stored on the website, for the buyer’s consultation.
In the buying and selling proceedings the buyer will be able to modify the selected products, the personal information, the paying method and the shipping terms by going back before the final acceptance of the buying and selling.
Once the buying and selling has been done, it will be confirmed by email within the following 24 hours to the email address provided by the buyer.
This email will confirm the purchased products, cost, shipping cost, paying method and shipping terms.
The order can be made in English and Spanish.

Due to their handcrafted nature and the use of organic materials, our jewels can present subtle variations in their details and finishing when compared to those appearing in the web photographs, which cannot be considered defects.
AVAILABILITY OF OUR PRODUCTS
We maintain our website updated regarding the availability of our products as far as possible, due to the handcrafted nature of the products and the availability of the raw materials.
EXISTENCE OF GUARANTEE
Any Hissia products the customer may acquire via the purchase process established on the website, come with the legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods, which means that they are in accordance with their description on the website and these specific conditions.
Hissia is liable for conformity breaches that are declared within a term of one year following delivery. In any event, any imperfections caused by inappropriate use are excluded from the guarantee, in addition to all those that are excluded, in general, by the European Union legislation in force.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Hissia accepts the following methods of payment: Visa credit card, MasterCard and Paypal. The amount of the purchase will be charged at the moment of the purchase of the products.
Credit card numbers will not be stored in Hissia’s website but in secure websites belonging to the bank entities used to conduct the payments.
The buyer must follow the conditions indicated in the order form to proceed with the payment of the ordered products and delivery costs.
SECURITY
Bank card numbers are not kept on the Hissia website but on the secured websites of the banking establishments through which the purchases are made.
APPLICABLE LAW
The general conditions of sale and the present contract are governed by Spanish law.
SUBMISSION
Participating parties voluntarily and freely agree, to resign to any other jurisdiction that could be applied to them, that all the disagreements, divergences or litigation issues derived from these conditions will be definitively resolved according to the Spanish legislation, submitting to the courts located in the address of the seller.
